I had five bathrooms — two full bathrooms and three showers bathrooms — and Ben helped me every step of the way in selecting wall tiles, shower floors, and bathroom floors. His expertise, material knowledge, communication skills, and ability to listen to my ideas were exceptional. He showed me a wide variety of quality selections and made the entire process enjoyable. Ben M. exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend him for anyone planning a bathroom design or renovation.

I had support from the entire team at Floor and Decor in Dorchester. Nellie was very kind and took her time to help us choose the appropriate tile we needed for each section of our project. The team communicated with eachother so we could make the best choices. Please come to this store and ask for their knowledge with your plan and you will be met with extraordinary service and patience, even to loading your tiles in your vehicle like friends. Prices are remarkable as well.

OJ was very helpful kind very knowledgeable about his department which is tile I came into flooring decor with just an idea don't know where to start OJ spent at least 45 minutes with me going through every tile every color every design until we make up with a solution and an idea for two bathrooms I don't really write surveys but I had to do this one 10 across the board for OJ guys if you ever need anything for your project go to floor and decor and ask for OJ in Dorchester

We were so glad we decided to go to floor and decor in Dorchester. The young lady that helped us was so pleasant and friendly. She even took the time to show us the the different tiles look outside the store and inside . She was honest about the questions we had and we had lots of them and if she didn't know she would call someone else to answer our questions. She walk 2 hours with us. I honestly tell you that she helped us decide and pick the materials that we needed. We got samples and we will definitely be back to purchase more. We have been to other stores like Avon and Saugus and no one bother to help us at all or acknowledge us at all but Nelly did. she was so patience with us and her customer service is amazing she does know her stuff. I wanted to share that with you guys.
