I purchased tiles from Floor & Decor for my bathroom, and they were defective—a hidden manufacturing flaw that wasn’t visible before installation. The glaze ended prematurely on the edges, exposing the red bisque, making the tiles unfit for use. Despite showing photos and documentation, customer service only offered $800 for the tiles, completely ignoring the thousands of dollars in labor, demolition, and reconstruction costs to fix the problem. They admitted the defect existed but refused to cover the real costs, leaving my family to absorb the financial burden. This is unacceptable. Quality control is poor, and their corporate and customer service teams failed to provide any meaningful resolution. The best service I got at garden city store yesterday . Raina the Associate very nice and helpful to find my item. Even the manger very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to got the bathroom pencils I was looking. He himself got the ladder and took the pencils out for me. Wonderful experience. I came back today again to buy more items.

Juan at the premiere desk was patient and outstanding!! He made sure me and my daughter got what we needed and sometimes this store is out of stock of what I need but he made sure to call the nearest store to take a look if they have it and thankfully they did!! Helped me load my cart with tile and helped me pick out some grout with a smile the whole time, great example of amazing service. Thank you floor&decor!!

I like the variety of options I can choose from Floor & Decor. I also appreciate the sample they show with the different color grout and sealant they helped inspire me for my design concept.
