Very professional from the start to the initial service. John was excellent in all the explanations needed to make an informed decision on the best route for us to take. The work was done quickly and we are glad we called Precision Doors.
My service provider Rob was efficient and friendly. He did go through all of my options with me and made recommendations for future service. I do wish the price was a bit more affordable that is not a reflection on Rob.

The service was great. After making the appointment online Rob the service manager reaches out. They are in constant communication the whole way. The technician is great as well and the repair was done quickly.
