We hired Scott Palatnik to combat suspected bed bugs and he did an incredible job. Not only did he educate us in-depth about bed bugs, he inspected the entire house visually from top to bottom even before bringing in his wonderful dog, Hunter. He explained everything in clear and concise terms and was extremely professional. When Hunter came in he was diligent, persistent, and thorough. Not only did he smell every single nook and cranny of the house, he searched multiple times. They made a great team and their professionalism was unmatched. Please do not hesitate to contact Scott Palatnik if you have even the slightest suspicion of bedbugs. He’s your guy!

He really knows his stuff, educating us on bedbugs (BB), patiently answering our questions, and always quick to respond. Who do you call if you have or think you have bed bugs? You call Scott. My wife and I made an unfortunate discovery one day when we found out we had bed bugs. We were devastated and emotionally stressed out because of this. We wished Scott was the first person we called but as luck would have it, he was not. The first company we called was horrible. They were not compassionate, they were not professional, they did not express any sympathy for our situation. They did not spend time talking to us. Scott, on the other hand, did all those things and he was the exterminator we needed. Scott was compassionate and understood our situation and how we were feeling emotionally. He spent a long time explaining the process to us, teaching and educating us about bed bugs and most of all he was patient

Scott was extremely professional, personable, and patient. He meticulously examined all the areas in the house and explained the process to me and my 84 year old mother so that we clearly understood what he was doing. Great work, would definitely use his services again.
