Green Home Logic

The folks at Green Home Logic really know their business. They did some really clean work in two old 1950s attics with some mixture of fiberglass and blown-in cellulose. They left the rest of the house cleaner than any contractor that's been in there, too. They worked with us on finding the right set of insulation and air sealing to make it work with our changing schedule, budget, the PSEG rebates, and accommodating some upcoming plans we have for next year. We had the work done in early November, so we had the heat already running. We could tell an *immediate* difference in the comfort and warmth of the house that evening. It's tough to find good contractors, and I'd be happy to have Geoffrey, Miguel, and the rest of the crew back.

Echoing earlier reviews and confirming them. Just a great experience, they handle all the paperwork, are punctual, courteous and do excellent work. My specific team was Miguel's. Great experience all around, best experience I've ever had with a contractor period. They left it cleaner than they found it, honestly. They never once tried to upsell, and actually instead seemed to advocate keeping what was still working (they test a few things). I got the attic insulation and a few other things done, and am very happy with all of it. In the future, whenever I need any heating or other related items that they handle, they're going to be my first choice. I don't usually write reviews. Great work done at a reasonable price! Found them through the PSEG home energy audit. The team was great with communication and explaining everything they wanted to do. My home is now significantly more comfortable and my heating oil usage has also seemingly cut in half. Geoffrey also made sure everything was done correctly by his team in another visit, addressing all my questions, worth every penny.

This company is unprofessional! They do not follow safety protocols to ensure the working area is safe and sound . Think twice before hiring them. Our HOA board member had to use our own cones to secure the working area after receiving several home owners complaints about 1. Loud big boom noise coming from dropping the big pipe used to blow the insulation material from the third floor to the ground at a lighting speed . 2. Truck driver ignored our road block for a road that is closed for traffic and remove them and drove through it and parked in a no parking zone blocking other home owners from getting their vehicles out of garages . 3. This contractor blew insulation materials into our condo roof and ceiling which are common elements under the control of the condo association without

I hired this contractor to install new insulation in my attic, and they did a great job. The team was professional, efficient, and clean. The work was completed on time, and everything looks excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others.
