So, Michael at the pro desk is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Really relieved when I see that he is working. Today, when I walked in I got the pleasure of being helped by Marnix and Mondo too. They got me a great deal on some closeout items and were there at every step. Finally, Ryan made sure that the receipt was adjusted to reflect my military discount, Which they recently changed from 5% to 10%. Way to go Floor and Decor!! So, I would like to warn anyone who is going to shop here. Don’t come unless you like great friendly service and good deals.

This was my first time to this location of Floor &Decor, and I had the best experience. I was first greeted at the door by two young men, then I had a few different employees ask me if I needed any help with anything while I was loading tile on the flat cart. I was approached by Catalina who is the design supervisor, and she helped pick out the best grout color, to go with the beautiful granite tile I chose for my bathroom. Tony the manager even gave me some pointers and encouragement for my project, and he turned me over to their pro desk specialist Brandon. When Brandon spoke with me he was so encouraging and even demonstrated how to use pencil tile. After my cart was loaded up with my needs, Zak helped me find pencil tile that was a better match for my bathroom remodel. Keegan helped me

DO NOT BUY AQUAGUARD FLOORING! This is a review of the Floor & Decor warranty support for AquaGuard flooring. I installed about 2,000 sq ft of AquaGuard Brookview Grey Multi-Length laminate flooring over the last couple of years. While I love the look/feel of the flooring, it is beginning to fail. The boards are separating in spots and the corners/edges are turning up in many places. I've posted photos so you can see what's happening. The manufacturer is using their "notify us within 30 days" clause to avoid responsibility. These issues were not present at the time of installation and how am I suppose to notice something that subtly degrades over time. Floor & Decor is using the manufacturer to avoid responsibility. Extremely Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service I purchased LVP flooring from Floor and Decor in 2018 during a kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, after only 3 years, the floor started showing severe signs of damage—peeling, cracking, and even holes in the vinyl. This has made it incredibly difficult to clean, and the floor is now in such bad shape that it has to be replaced entirely. When I reached out to Floor and Decor for help, I was told I needed the original paper receipt to proceed with any form of resolution. Despite searching thoroughly, I couldn't find the receipt, and the purchase was not listed under my account, even though I provided my account number. Excellent service at the Highlands Ranch store! Catalina was amazing and she and Zac and Kaitlyn went above and beyond to help me make arrangements to return some very heavy and bulky items. Thank you - it makes such a difference and elevates the whole shopping experience. I will be shopping this store exclusively from now on!
