I have a couple home remodeling projects, so I've been to the Leesburg, VA store several times over the last few weeks. Each time, there were several employees walking around offering to help you with whatever you need. Each one that helped me was knowledgeable about the products/materials and friendly. I needed to special order some materials. Katherin, the wood manager, was extremely helpful and made the process easy. She had me sit with her so I could see her computer screen, see the options and go through the ordering process with her, allowing me to verify/confirm the materials I needed were the correct ones. I will definitely be back for any future projects. Also, the prices were good!

I’ve been visiting Floor & Decor for the past month and a half, and I want to highlight the exceptional service I’ve consistently received—especially from Camila Yaquelin. She has been incredibly helpful every time I came in. Camila took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me patiently through all the options. She’s very kind, soft-spoken, and truly goes above and beyond to make the process easier. The management team has also been great—the manager Cindy and Managers Chris are always welcoming and ready to help with anything I need. Overall, my experience at this store has been excellent. We visited Floor & Decor several times while trying to find the perfect flooring, and during our most recent visit we had a lot of questions about product differences, pricing between the store and online, and even concerns about damaged boxes. Katherine was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through everything, answered all of our questions clearly, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit productive. Thanks to her assistance, we were able to confidently make a decision and walk out with our flooring. We really appreciated her excellent customer service!

Floor decor is definitely my go to place to find any tile. Brice helped me this time And he was such a pleasure to work with. He gave great suggestions and did not make me feel rushed at all. He’s definitely an asset to the company.
