I have bought many tiles form floor and decor and they have such a great selection for reasonable prices. But the best part has been working with the team who was amazing and so helpful. Kiki helped us find the perfect tile and made sure the batch we were getting was the correct color, and Paola, Michael and Phil were beyond the sweetest and the most helpful to load the large format tiles in our car. The team really made a difference in making our experience truly exceptional.

This store was very helpful! Joey helped me pick out my backsplash and everything I need for my contractors as well including things I didn’t even know I needed like grout, sealer and glue. I chose marble and he helped me sort through them and choose all the pieces I liked the most. He was very helpful! I will definitely be asking for Joey next time I come in and would recommend him to my family and friends as well.

Ezekiel Gomez, also known as Zik, is truly amazing. I’ve been to at least five different Floor & Decor locations in Orlando, and he is by far the best associate I’ve ever worked with. He’s professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and always greets you with a big smile. He guided me through everything from start to finish. At another location, I was recommended the wrong color and wrong material, but Zik helped me fix everything, exchanges, returns, and even choosing the right products. This world needs more people like him. Highly recommend!

A big Thank you to Designers Kiki and Misty from the Floor and Decor located at 1438 N Alafaya Trail Orlando, FL 32828. They were fantastic to work with and really took the time to listen, and the patience in showing us multiple ideas for our kitchen and bathrooms. Both came out amazing!!! Thank you very much.

This place is fantastic and Misty was amazing. I wandered around for half an hour trying to feel inspired and just ended up overwhelmed. I sought the help of a knowledgeable individual and I found Misty. I told her what I was looking for, she led me to the perfect tile and even reminded me of an important part of the project that I had forgot. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and I would 100% come back to this place.
