Parsippany is where I went, born and raised. I walked in on a Tuesday, the snow just starting to melt after a heavy snow storm the day before. 29° out, the sun was a shining. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Such warm and inviting invitation to buy some tile. Greeted by Genevieve and Jessica… The warm continued to the aisle I was looking for. Picked up Jessica asking if she could help. I said yes. We talk for a few minutes. I was ready to to grab all my needs. When I asked if I could use the restroom frist and then grab a cart. Yes she said. A few mins later my cart was loaded. Above and beyond. I worked with Sydney a few weeks earlier. She was also there to help this process. Scanning away. I have made various purchases at this Parsippany Floor And Decor. But with this last purchase, I was helped by the Assistant Manager, his name is Ali. He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase, also with making sure that I had everything that I needed his professionalism and knowledge was second to none. I am supremely satisfied with my experience at this store. I highly recommend them for any questions or doubts that you may have with your renovation.
