Words just can't express how completely satisfied I am with PuroClean. My basement flooded during recent flooding in Wisconsin. I was contacted via my insurance with PuroClean. I spoke with Sujey who is amazing and kept me up to date. Victor was in charge of the crew that came to my home for the restoration. They were caring and respectful in every way. The basement was completely emptied and restored to a condition that was impressive. We lost a lot in the flooding including my son's personal items. Victor made sure to ask about items before he removed them and was honest about items that he thought could and could not save. Thank you for the extra hard work. My family is so appreciative of it.

Puroclean showed up at house within the hour after a call to the insurance company. From the second they came in till the last day they they were in my home, they worked tiredlessly to make sure the house was thoroughly cleaned out. They salvaged as much things they could and professionally packed up my belongings. They worked with a heart of passion for my losses. I requested a mold assessment for my father's place in Oxford NJ from Puroclean on 10/6. We scheduled for the afternoon of 10/8 and on the morning of 10/8 I was emailed and called to reschedule due to another emergency taking the technician away from the assessment as scheduled. No problem, we rescheduled for 10/10 which worked as they could possibly meet up with my insurance adjuster, which was the new agreement for the assessment. I was provided a 4 hour window with an attempt to show up earlier to be there with the adjuster. In the middle of the 4 hour window, while I waiting at the property for the technician from Puroclean, they called me and asked to video chat for the assessment, stating their Project Manager believed a video chat would be more than enough for this. Great communication , advocacy, and clean-up effort during sewage/flooding/storm events in southeastern Wisconsin. Half a dozen calls were placed to different remediation companies, but PuroClean was easily the best, most responsive company. Easy to get on a first-name basis with the owners, easy to reach anyone to get updates on the remediation process, reasonable adjustments to estimates as changes were made to work requirements. All around PuroClean was the only company to make us feel like we were going to get through the disaster, even when insurance companies fail to protect.
