I cannot say enough great things about K. Cooling and Heating and their technician, Eric K. I came home from work to a freezing house with a major snowstorm approaching that was expected to dump over a foot of snow. With an older boiler and rusted parts, I was extremely worried this would turn into a long, expensive ordeal. Eric arrived promptly and tackled what was clearly a very difficult job due to the age of the system and rusted components. Despite the challenges, he worked efficiently and had my heat restored within an hour — a huge relief given the weather conditions. What truly set Eric apart was his professionalism and care. Can't say enough good things by about this company. They were referred to us by friends, but we continue to rely on them because of our experiences. Called this team just a few nights ago when the heat failed (temp was set at a certain degree; house was several degrees colder, wouldn't click on. The temp that night was scheduled to drop to 9!). They came, assessed, and gave us a no-nonsense answer as to the issue. Told us the specific part that needed to be replaced, that they could order it and be back the next day to install. 2 guys came the next day, immediately got to work. 45min later, done! We've been in our home for 2 years - we have ZERO reasons to go anywhere else for our HVAC services than K Cooling.

Eric & Dante went above & beyond to make our heater work during this brutal single digit weather. Diagnosing the issues is one after the another but they were able to make it happen. Their company is really prompt, very professional and very fair pricing. Eric is even available after business hours to answer technical issues. You will rarely get this type of pros.

Had a home inspection which identified silly issues. They came quickly, on time and corrected issues. They have been maintaining for years & always do a great reasonable priced job.
