Go see Vanne! She was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The entire staff at this location of Floor & Decor was wonderful - so helpful, polite, and attentive to every customer that I saw them interacting with on my recent Saturday visit. The store is HUGE so some suggestions: * Wear very comfortable shoes (concrete floors) * Bring drinks - it's super hot in Pleasant Hill and there's a nice restroom but no water * Plan to spend 2-3 hours in there * Plan ahead and set up an hour long free consultation with one of their designers - they can walk you through it more quickly if you bring your plans, dimensions, ideas, photo inspiration, etc. They truly have everything you need for floors, kitchens, and baths, including tools, grout, schluter rail and ditra flooring, backer board, and all kinds o

It's awesome for all their choices but maybe it's just because I was there in the late afternoon it was hard to find anybody that actually knew technical stuff about what they were selling. For instance moisture barrier under a super high quality LVP on a 70-year-old slab. Nope. But they try hard

Within the last two weeks, I as a contractor and homeowner am working on a project on my property. I visited the storee three times in the last two weeks to look for materials with my family. I asked a few questions to this particular lady.And noticed that she was rude to me.Since the first time she met me. Today I went to purchase the last batch of materialfor my project to which I actually purchased all the material in their san Leanddri store.All the material in their pleasant hill store and all the material in their turlock store of this particular item. I would come back to this location based on the employee, Jason, alone! From the moment we walked in, he was eager to help and didn’t hesitate to help us find what we were looking for across the building. He was helpful with recommendations based on our project needs and helped cash us out. On the other hand, the cashier named Karen was extremely rude and unprofessional! I don’t think having an attitude right off the bat is a good way to do business. There was a misunderstanding with the cost (she was trying to charge us $95, the entire price of a box, for a few sample pieces) and continued to argue with us, really unprofessional and uncomfortable. This location would’ve gotten one star honestly if it weren’t for Jason, he’s awesome.
