Christina was such a great help to us today. There was an issue with our tile order. She helped us add additional boxes of tile made sure our measurements were correct. More importantly she was able to add it to our first order so I didn’t have to pay an additional delivery charge. She was so patient and kind. Great customer service.

The staff was so helpful during our decision process and helped us load our car after. Definitely recommend buying from here. Prices were reasonable and quality is better than other local places we found.

I drive out of my way to go to the Sanford store where Mary and Joseph at the Pro desk are so wonderful and very helpfu. loading all my equipment and handling it with care are Mathew and Anthony. Wow…what an amazing experience Arturo just gave us! Renovating an entire master bathroom can be very overwhelming and intimidating with so many aspects of the job to consider and do right so you don’t have the post-project blues. Arturo saw me and wifey looking at the tile and took a ton of time asking about our vision and preferences. From there he patiently educated us on a number of key aspects of our job such as picking out the modern grout that is pre-sealed (hybrid grout), which tiles are best for walls (shiney so water beads down & no sealing needed) to the floor tiles and other choices. I came in today looking to match a tile. I was greeted by Christina when I walked and she gave great customer service. I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s and she was able to find what I needed for my job. Will definitely be back here and recommend to anyone who has flooring needs! 10/10
