From the moment I approached the register, she handled my checkout with confidence, efficiency, and impressive attention to detail. Even in a busy setting, she remained composed, focused, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances speed, accuracy, and great customer service so effortlessly. Andrea’s attitude and work ethic truly stood out, and she made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Service like hers makes a real difference.

Jelani was thee kindest! First of all, we love the store we love all of the displays and samples the showroom is absolutely gorgeous! We were greeted by a very friendly staff included Louie- who is so helpful! We didn’t feel pressured by any means- in fact, everyone was eager to answer any questions, but luckily, we were guided and matched with Jelani!!! Super polite gentleman with answers to our questions ..we haven’t completed the job yet, but I look forward to working with him. Awesome vibe!

So many choices, Carl was extremely helpful with helping me choose tile for my bathroom and kitchen.

I’m in the process of renovating my kitchen and needed help selecting a simple backsplash to complement my colorful and busy countertop. I stopped by Christa's desk without an appointment, and she was incredibly kind and eager to help. After I showed her a sample of my countertop, she walked around the store with me, helping me find tiles that complemented my granite. With her guidance, I felt much less overwhelmed and ended up purchasing a few samples to test at home. This approach was so helpful compared to blindly choosing on my own. Christa was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. Thanks so much for welcoming me into the Floor & Decor family of customers—I’ll definitely be returning for my next project!

Came here looking for more of a specific tile and was helped by two fantastic associates - Anun and Mohammed. Both helped me search for more of the tile in the back and in the shelves above. When we didn’t have enough they helped me find it at another store and also assisted me in finding the rest of what I needed. They were very friendly and helpful and helped me find some items there I was planning to buy elsewhere, which saved me a stop.
