Just came from Floor And Decor in Whitehall PA. Allie was amazing. I can’t thank her enough for helping me redo my entire bathroom. The patience this girl had was amazing since I was very confused about what I needed and what I wanted. More than five stars for the staff here!

I stopped into floor decor for the first time. I was really impressed with the friendliness and the expertise and help. I worked with Shane on picking out shower and floor tiles for a bathroom and he was absolutely amazing and helping with color. The cashier was also super friendly and kind. A great experience.

I went to Floor and Decor and met Lea one of the designers. She was so helpful, and showed me options that I didn’t think of. The entire process was great, thanks to Lea. My bathroom is finished and I LOVE it. The tile and grout came out so good, the vanity and gold fixtures are perfect. If you need help with a remodel I highly recommend Lea In the Whitehall Floor and Decor.

Jaziah was absolutely amazing. He deserves a raise and a promotion! Extremely patient and knowledgeable which helped me make a long term decision for my home. If everyone in customer service had his attitude, the world would be a much better place!

We drove a couple of hours to get there. There was a huge selection of tiles and a good amount of flooring to choose from. The store was clean and well presented. The sales associates let us browse without hovering but let us know they were there if we needed anything. Unfortunately, we didn't find a tile we both agreed on, lol. Back to the drawing board!
