Lumber Liquidators

We had a very unfavorable experience with Lumber Liquidators (LL) in Whitehall, PA, customer care. Our contractor suggested a pre-finished floor that would nicely coordinate/compliment our existing Bruce pre-finished floors that were no longer available. After looking at the large in-store sample, we agreed with his recommendation and proceeded accordingly. The floor was installed timely, but did not look anything like the sample, although the molding did. After our contractor talked with his contact at the local store, he was advised to open a case with customer care. After much back and forth with customer care, lumber liquidators is unable to do anything. BEWARE - if you order wood flooring, I strongly suggest you open a box and lay down a good sample before install begins to conf

To get the flooring I needed for my project within the time frame necessary, I had to order from the Whitehall Pa location- David was very helpful in this process including being patient with my phone calls to check on the process-thanks, David!!!! Jane Parker

From day 1, Marty was very helpful in choosing and ordering my hardwood floor. I wasn't quite sure it would be the right one for my room so I ordered only one box. if I was careful in taking out boards I was able to return it if it turned out not to be right.weliked it and ordered enough for. 15X22’ room. Our addition wasn’t ready when the flooring came in, and Marty allowed us to leave it in warehouse til we had room to store it. after installation we had one full unopened box left, so we returned it.
