Terrible experience with Lowe’s kitchen cabinets. I bought kitchen cabinets and my experience was absolutely awful. I went to customer service, and they told me to go to the Pro Service Desk. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I was told, “Sorry, I can’t help you right now.” I asked another employee (who was quite rude), and all he said was, “You’ll have to wait.” I ended up spending over 30 minutes in the store without anyone being able to help me. It’s embarrassing how little they value customers’ time or provide any real assistance. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend Lowe’s to anyone expecting proper service or respect.

Sean is an outstanding young manager with encyclopedic knowledge on all things home improvement, from storage to equipment to key-making, this versatile and dynamic leader went out of his way to guide us and answer all our questions patiently and thoroughly. He is as warm as he is professional.

This was not our first time shopping at Lowe’s, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We have purchased from Lowe’s before without issues, so I truly don’t understand why this situation was handled so poorly. I purchased a washer from Lowe’s as a birthday gift for my grandmother. The first delivery arrived with a broken washer door, so I immediately requested a return and replacement. The second delivery was even worse — the delivery team was unprofessional and rude and refused to bring the washer down to the basement, claiming it was too heavy, even though there were two of them. Seems no issues. Surprisingly better then Bethlehem. I thought it would be the complete opposite. This my first time shopping here. I hope they won't jinx it. Lol.

I was there this morning to buy a refrigerator and a oven, the person that helped me had no knowledge of anything. I left and purchased the appliances at Home Depot. I going into the Whitehall store often for smaller things and never had a problem. You should get more knowledgeable people there when people are buying more pricer items.
