The floors at first were great and then they weren’t. The wood is now separating. I have been trying to get them fixed for over 2 years and have been getting the run around. I had 2 different employees come to my house and see. They both admitted something was wrong and it needed to be replaced and now 2 years later still no replacement. These floors were 20k and I regret the decision to go with the company every day.

My experience with Collin was nothing less than amazing. He was professional, honest and reliable. Everything i look for in home improvement projects. I would highly recommend their products and Collins expertise. I will be a repeat customer for any of my flooring needs. I am attaching before and after photos. We are 100% happy with the outcome.

So impressed with the work this company does! They are really easy to work with and understood our needs. They were accommodating to schedule with, trustworthy (I left them in my house for the majority of the day), and the final product was beyond our expectations. This was the first time I've ever had to get new floors and I'm SO glad I came here. Not only are their prices outstanding they genuinely care. Rob came to our house twice and gave recommendations that made a world of a difference. Not to mention that when a floor we picked out wasnt available anymore he searched and searched to find us a great match! The installers were fast and proficient and left my house in perfect condition! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company! Give them a try and see for yourself!

Terrible experience! Overcharged, and overestimated material. In particular, self leveler and LVP. They wouldn't take back the extra eighteen 50lb bags, and 3 boxes of LVP, leaving me stuck with extra material taking up space in my garage. Self leveler is $30 a bag, they charged me $50 a bag for 45 bags, and won't consider taking back the left over 18 bags! I'm loosing money, and delayed my move in to my new home because I can't sell it. Collin was rude to my contractor who was trying to work with him to return the extra material that your company over sold to me. I trusted this company to do right by me, and in the end, after he was paid his commission, they were done with me. So disappointed in this flooring company. I was never offered a restocking fee.
