I had heard of Rockwood Flooring before and knew that their longstanding reputation couldn’t be beat, so I had requested a quote from them. The representative suggested a type of carpet that would best suit our home and level of plush that we were searching for. The installation was pretty quick, and the installers were super cordial and trustworthy. I really appreciated their demeanor and their respect to my home and property. I am so happy to say that our carpet feels really amazing. It feels like luxury. The cuts are all great, I haven’t noticed anything of concern that would cause me to call them to correct or improve. Jon, from Rockwood Home, quickly scheduled with me, measured my home, and listened to what I wanted. He worked within my budget to fully redo the flooring in my home. Carlos, the installer, was very experienced and considerate to work with. The installation team worked very hard to get the project done with as little disruption as possible. Rockwood has been excellent throughout our carpet purchase and installation. There was a mixup when the product arrived, but they made it right and in the process upgraded our carpet plushness at no extra cost to us.
