Zach from the Floor Max location in Addison arranged for carpet to be installed in one of my real estate listings in a Downtown Dallas condo. His service was excellent in providing the necessary proof of insurance to work in the building. The installation guys showed up on time and did a great job. The owner and I are very happy with the way the new carpet looks.

Original Review 2/13/2021- 5 stars: Original Installation December 2020. Do not do business with this company because their tax status is forfeited. Last I checked, transactions and business with this company is suppose to be limited. They aren’t paying their taxes to the state and will try to charge you extra before they can no longer do business here. They seem to be making “miscellaneous” or “up charge” you as a consumer to make ends meet on their side. It took me over 1 year to get my floors replaced and then they kept going back on their word so I resorted to text, emails, and recorded phone calls because of their deceptive practices they attempted to commit against me. As a Contractor I have used these guys several times over the years for commercial jobs. Great pricing and even better quality work. Their installers have been working for them for 20+ years. They do great quality work and get it done fast. Highly recommended.

Floormax installed carpet in a client's media room for us and it came out looking great! This carpet was a bit hard to work with and there were a few set backs, but Zack helped us through the process and we are very pleased with the end result!

Zach and Caleb were awesome from helping us choose our floors to a flawless install. Definitely recommend them for anything flooring related!
