We were referred to Herndon McFarland Plumbing when we had some major home repairs. I was told by a structural engineer that "they were the best in the business". I couldn’t agree more with that statement. I have had them out twice - once for a major project and again for something much smaller. Both times I was treated with the upmost level of professionalism and respect. They were kind, understanding, and patient as I asked more than my fair share of questions. Shawn was our point of contact and he is a person of integrity and has managed our projects with the highest level of customer service. I highly recommend this plumbing company. The service is stellar!!

Steven was very professional and friendly. Explained perfectly what the problems were, and what needs to be done to fix it. The quote was reasonable. When I called with follow up questions, they were very helpful and took their time to answer all my questions. They did a great job fixing everything in a timely manner, and treated my property with care. They also took care of scheduling backflow inspection. Would use again.

The staff was curtious, helpful and took time to not make a mess of things. The guy's hung plastic tarp over open cabinets to keep dust out. Leak was fixed and inspected the next day.

HMP had whole excavation and plumbing teams, coordinated by Shawn and led by Chris, out to replace my entire sewer line at my 69 year old home after extensive testing to identify multiple leaks and entire sections (over half) which could not even be tested due to the extent of cast iron disintegration. I was really pleased with the minimally invasive design they provided. The whole process took about 10 calendar days and 7 days of work including the inspection and finishing items. Shawn did a great job of working with me on the contract, educating me on the process and work events, and answering all of my many questions.
