I’ve reported numerous times the problem with the smaller screen and now the screen is coming out and I have gotten no follow up, so I’m updating my original survey with a poor score on customer service and satisfaction. I need for someone in charge to fix my problem Love how the mechanics of the screens work, the craftsmanship, matching design and colors. The sales experience and installation was great. Very pleased and a noticeable difference on the patio in the evening when the sun is shining directly on the back porch. The screen helps tremendously against the flies and mosquitoes and crawling bugs and other creatures invading my backyard.
