Floor Outlet - Swan Flooring

We were skeptical of this place at first because of the limited reviews, but this place is great! Yuki was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even went as far as to give us her number so we could ask questions via text. We had to go back a couple times for more product and were able to pay over the phone/zelle so that we did not need to go, in-person, with our contractor, which was very convenient. We went to several places to look for SPC flooring. The prices here blow their competition out of the water. We brought our licensed contractor with us and he confirmed that the floors were great quality, and the specs/warranties were in alignment with industry standards. I think we ended up getting DT-06 of the SPC flooring they have. The pattern and texture looks very close

I found some flooring from another big store and asked Schwan what their price would be. Ended up saving me almost a thousand dollars which is significant when remodeling costs are surging. I always appreciate working directly with smaller businesses who have less overhead costs. Vincent was always communicating with me and he is well connected with a lot of brands so even if you don’t find something you like from their showroom, they can get other brands that you may find elsewhere. The customer service was amazing.

Very professional and friendly staff. They can give me their honest opinions and suggestions. They have floors (their own brand) and kitchen cabinets.
