Floor To Ceiling Mason City

Started working with Floor to Ceiling about 1 year ago going over with them what we wanted in our new bathroom. After several visits they helped us design the bathroom of our dreams. Due to our busy schedule we could not start work on our bathroom until August of 2022. I wanted to do my own demolition and plumbing. Floor to Ceiling worked very well with me to get everything installed just the way I wanted it. I used Austin Electric for all the electrical for the project and K & M Glass out of Rochester for the glass work you see in the pictures. Very happy with everyone’s work on this project and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Was sold 20 plus boxes of carpet squares as is, unopened. Claimed they were a better deal for me. I opened them up after they had been stored at room temperature inside for several weeks. 1/3 of the boxes had been factory packed wrong, and all of the squares were stuck together. Cant finish the room I bought the carpet for due to this. Wasted $1500, and will never buy anything from them again. If a product is bad, and you still sell it to a customer knowing this, you are lying just to make money. Shame.
