Great product but poor service. We’ve been waiting since September to get some of the errors fixed.

Paul Oliver, the owner of Floorco Distribution, proved to be a major disappointment. We deeply regret hiring his services. He pressured us into paying an 80% deposit upfront, claiming he needed to purchase materials. Unfortunately, his work was a complete failure. We hired him in June 2024, yet as of March 2025, our project remained incomplete. Do not trust this company! Paul Oliver makes promises he doesn’t keep, leaving clients stranded. We ultimately had to hire another contractor to finish the job, costing us an additional $40,000. Save yourself the stress and financial loss—stay far away from this company! Pros: Price & Quick turnaround Cons: Horrible communication skills [I was not informed when they were coming, the sales rep swap my flooring without notifying me first. He also assumed that I wanted the color of the flooring quarter-rounder instead of the standard white ones. I did not receive an apology for the mishaps] Poor quality of work mostly due to poor communication. The individual who issued the work to the contractors did not inform them to put flooring under the stove. Thankfully I checked before they left.
