We called Floorcraft to come out and give us a quote. Dimitri came to do the quote and offered us several options, including oil—or water-based finishes. We originally thought we would go with oil-based finishes; however, after seeing the results of water-based finishes and their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based, which turned out to be a shorter process. They also offered a quick drying option with a blue light that helped us get into our home sooner after the work was done! Fabulous! Honestly I cannot say enough great things about Floorcraft and the people there. Dimitri is one of the most knowledgeable and nicest people I have ever met. We had a fantastic experience with Floorcraft of Reno. We replaced a tile floor with over 2,000 square feet of hardwood. The communication and design research with our Interior Designer was conducted without a hitch. Supplies were ordered and installed on schedule with a specific attention to detail.
