Floorida Floors

While renovating my home I have discovered that the LVP flooring installed by this company years ago did not have a moisture barrier installed underneath it. It also appears that the subfloor was never leveled prior to flooring installation. As a result of faulty installation and cutting corners, all of the flooring in my home is separating. There is also significant moisture that accumulates under each floor board and I am very concerned for mold growth and an unhealthy living environment. I contacted them and they initially agreed to come out to inspect and take pictures, but since then they have been giving me the run around. They said they would call to follow up and never did. Purchased Mohawk laminate flooring to re-do a dining room. Pablo Sanchez in sales helped at all levels to procure the flooring and trim. We installed the flooring ourselves, and all went smoothly. Then in May we had FF people install the same laminate in the great room. Looks good so far, but time will tell.
