Worked with Christos, Riley and the rest of the team at Flooring Attic for a couple years now and I haven’t met a better crew for solid flooring selections either great design and quality. I have only ever had one tiny issue with flooring from a single box of hundreds I’ve purchased over the years and they took care of it immediately with an extra box to help make it happen. Couldn’t speak more highly for their integrity and customer service. As someone who initially hesitated to step into this floor and carpet supply store, I can confidently say it's a hidden gem worth discovering. Located conveniently near my gym, I finally ventured in to explore options for a small area rug and carpet replacement. From the moment I entered, the staff, especially Rodolfo and Emir, made me feel welcomed and at ease. They patiently guided me through the selection process, ensuring I found exactly what I needed while providing valuable insights and assistance. The end result was not just a beautiful addition to my living space but also a delightful shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning for my carpet replacement needs. As a consumer, 1 thing that I really appreciate is when Sales Associates understand their merchandise and can explain it to me in a way that I understand. While shopping at FAO, Christos provided an excellent quick tutorial about what to look for when buying carpets, what to avoid, and how important the quality of the underlying foam pad is. I’d never been in this store until today. With Home Depot right across the street, I’ve just defaulted to shopping there and that has been a mistake. Flooring Attic has an incredible selection of hardwood, vinyl, and various carpets (including area rugs!) at competitive prices. I just bought a new home and I’ve been looking at HD and falling in love with nothing. But, even just a quick trip into FA, I only have too much to choose from, plenty that fits within my conservative budget, and I know when I do pick my new floors with FA, they’re going to be something I’m happy with for life. Also! FA does installation, so don’t feel like you have to DIY it when you find your right flooring, too. :)
