Flooring Central of Charles County, Inc.

This is one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff was extemely professional from the measuring to the installation. On the day of installation, they came on time, and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. No goofing off, just total professionalism. Oh, and my floors look great! My husband now wants more rooms done. If you want great floors, professionally done, for a great price, Flooring Central is the one-stop shop.

It has been almost 3 years since we gave our rather big project (2500 plus sqf & the staircase) to Flooring Central. 90% hardwood floor and 10% LVP. We did not write a review because there were no big problems so it slipped my mind. We first went to 4 places to get quotes but they all seemed too pushy or were trying to sell us materials we were not interested in. We said we needed them to finish the job within 4 days, but they would not promise. When we went to Flooring Center we were glad that we were left alone for a while to explore the types of flooring on our own without them pressuring us. When we were ready, I an African American spoke to a white lady named Debbie (I think that ‘s her name)who explained how things were done, and who set us up with an appointment with her brother

I have used Flooring Central for two different houses to have carpet replaced and plank flooring installed. They did an excellent job! They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. Thank goodness for Flooring Central, my home looks fabulous. I Highly recommend!! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their carpets or floors replaced.

We recently needed to get new carpet for our home and had a wonderful experience with Flooring Central. They offered a large selection. We chose the carpet that was specific to pet owners. The sales associates were very nice and knowledgeable as was the associate who came out to take measurements. The installers were also very friendly and worked quickly. We are so happy with our new carpet!
