Flooring Connections

Just completed a full master bath and walk in closet remodel with Bill and the crew at Flooring Connections. Right from the start Bill was fantastic in helping guide me in the selection of various tiles, grout as well as finishing touches that really make the end result shine. We had several small potential issues along the way but once again Bill and his team had the solutions almost before I was aware of the issue. I am very pleased with my newly remodeled master bath, shower and walk in closet. I recommend Flooring Connections without hesitation and I am looking forward to future projects with them.

We ordered 330 sq ft of Mirage Flooring Maple Cashmere based on a sample we were shown in-store, a 6.5" wide plank. We were never told there was a narrower version, and we specifically asked our salesman to order the same product as the sample. When our shipment arrived, it was the 5" wide version which is not what we were shown or agreed to. When we called to resolve it, the salesman denied any wrongdoing, claimed we had asked for the 5" version (we did not), and deflected by asking why we hadn't scrutinized the contract ourselves. There was zero accountability and zero empathy. A good salesperson listens, confirms details, and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Ours did none of that. Would not recommend.

Excellent Service, Quality Products, and Skilled Installers! I'm so thankful that I found Christina at Flooring Connections for my kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout most of my house. Christina listened to what I wanted and came up with great solutions to improve how the kitchen functions. Also, she found solutions to reduce the overall cost of the project. Sean managed the trades, solved problems as needed on site and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the workmanship of the cabinetry, countertops, flooring, etc. They’re the best!

WOW! We couldn't be happier with the terrific job of installing new flooring and carpet. We had a water damage loss and, after dealing with a difficult insurance company, Flooring Connections was a breath of fresh air. We decided to expand on what the original damage was and replaced living room and den carpet with hardwood floor. That meant moving all the furniture out of the house into the garage. The tear out crew/furniture movers were courteous and a joy to have in our home. Extremely careful, not a scratch or dent on anything. They then showed up late Friday afternoon to move everything back in as soon as the installers were finished. Perfect! The hardwood floor installers were true craftsmen. We had Flooring Connections remove some carpet to install new hardwood to match our existing hardwood. They also replaced the 1990s tile fireplace surround and hearth. The floors were all sanded and finished the same. It looks wonderful. The installers did a marvelous job. Cheryl Jacobs as extremely helpful with our choices of materials, scheduling and follow up to make it all go smoothly. Although we ran into a snag, Cheryl got right on it so the job could be completed without delay. I highly recommend Flooring Connections and would use them again in a heartbeat.
