Bronislav and his crew handled the water mitigation at my home did an amazing job! They arrived quickly, were professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I understood what was happening. They worked efficiently and treated my home with great care and respect. I really appreciated how kind and reassuring they were during such a stressful time. Everything was cleaned up beautifully, and they made sure the area was completely dry and safe before finishing. Roots Water Restoration saved the day! Another local company came in and gave an exorbitant crazy bid of thousands of dollars without even inspecting the area. My Sellers were aghast! Roots Water Restoration came in and did a thorough FREE intensive thorough inspection of the area in question and it was cleared of any issues. There was NO need for any expensive work to be done! They are top of my office's list for all Remediation questions and future work, as we trust them to be honest and thorough.

100% recommend this company. I called three companies and Roots was the one that said they could come out the very next day for a free inspection and estimate. The other ones wanted to schedule me out a ways. I understand being busy, but emergency services right? Anyways, Roots came out the next morning and did their inspection and placed some equipment. Once my insurance approved the claim they started the demo and put in more equipment. I appreciate the fast and thorough process. Not sure what my house would have looked like if I waited.
