We are nearing completion on a major remodel of half of our house. Over the nearly 2 years of this project, we have had extensive experiences with a large number of various contractors through this process, including the other local flooring company in town, and we feel very well qualified to say that Geoff (and his office manager Letty) are the absolute best around. Due to a plumbing failure, we actually had the exact same flooring (floating Kahrs engineered hardwood) installed twice, the second time by Gateway Interiors. They also removed and reinstalled baseboard and a small section of tile for us. The quality of workmanship that Gateway provided was an enormous improvement, and in fact they found and remedied multiple issues which would likely have caused the first floor to fail withou

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We just finished replacing carpet and installing LVP flooring in our house on Orcas Island. Quality and selection of products is outstanding but better yet is customer service and quality of installation. It’s a challenge to have work done on Orcas but this project went without a hitch. The owner, Geoff, is accustomed to working in the islands, as is the very experienced installer, David. Geoff’s excellent communication was much appreciated. We will definitely work with them again for our next flooring project.
