Flooring Expo by Carpet King

Michael helped us select a carpet for our main living areas within our budget. And then allowed us to take home some samples to confirm our decision. After ordering it, the carpet took about 10 days to come in and then we're going to schedule the install for 2 days later. BUT when the carpet came in damaged, Michael stepped up helped us find a different carpet and kept our budget and timeline. I think its when unforseen issues arise that a company's real customer service efforts come out. Michael is great to work with, call him for your next project.

Carpet king was great. They got us out of a jam very quickly when we needed it most. We had a very obvious stain in the middle of our family room carpet, and we are in the process of putting our house on the market, King Coordinated with the installers and was able to have the carpet installed very quickly. We are very pleased with the outcome here

The Carpet King Egen location did a great job with our carpet install! We needed an immediate carpet replacement and the manager William was able to make that happen. The installers that came out did a quality job. Fantastic service!!

From start to finish, the folks at Flooring Expo took care of us. At the store, Will helped us pick out a great product that fit our budget. The 2 installers who did the project were AMAZING. They are truly skilled craftsmen who know how to get the job done, and get it done right. WOW!

The product was good, but I was dissatisfied with the install. Stairs should be done by experienced installers. Edit*** carpet King reached me by phone about the issues and were able to send out a different installer to resolve the problems. I was nervous that it may end up worse. It initially had waves. However, he was kind, acknowledged my issues, and spent time fixing it. Not one quick tack down, but actually fixed both sets of stairs. This is what excellent customer service is in my book. Not everyone would care or spend time to make it right. Kudos to you Carpet King.
