We recently worked with Jaden to replace nearly all of the carpet in our home, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. New carpet installed promptly. However, it was stained and had defects. See photos. The installer called the warehouse manager but was told to install anyways. I requested cleaning, thinking it was too much hassle and waste to replace. Was asked to email photos to a nonexistent email. No follow up, no response. Update: after posting this review, I called again. Requested cleaning which removed the larger stains reasonably well.

Great service and the installers were the best. The carpet was a challenge to install but they did a wonderful job.

Overall, working with Flooring Expo was phenomenal. We worked with Mitchell and he was awesome to work with from day one. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted in flooring. He was great. We had the flooring installed on September 3-4 this year. The detail that Guillano and his team spent on the install were great. Amazing attention to detail was awesome. The reason I gave 4 stars was the fact that they came up short with the flooring and it ended up having to be ordered and it was on back order. The communication could be a little more better. Was frustrating at times because I was not getting answers as to when it would be done. Well, today 10/3 it did get done and once again the installer who came out was awesome. Got it done
