My husband and I planned to get two competitive bids to carpet a few rooms in our house. After meeting with James at Flooring Innovation we decided to place the order on the spot. We felt we were in good hands and experienced five star service from our initial visit to the showroom, to meeting the estimator at our home, to the capable, friendly installers who completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

From floor coverings (whole house twice) to shower remodeling (two), to this recent creation of 3 different shape/sizes area rugs, I find the service exceptional. Delivered early and with no additional surprise charges. They stand by their work and quickly respond to questions or concerns. We just had our entire house tiled. The communication with the project manager and foreman was great. The two installers showed up every day and on time. There were a couple hiccups but solutions were found promptly. We could not have been more pleased.

We had a GREAT experience with Flooring Innovations in Palm Dessert. We started the process with Brick, he spent a great deal of time with us, gave us floor samples to take home to make a proper decision, and walked us through the process, he was amazing. Then Michael came to the house and did measurements and was extremely thorough. Within two weeks, they scheduled our project. Manny and his work crew were absolutely fantastic, very thorough and careful. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were extremely professional.
