Flooring Plus Blinds

We had a wonderful experience with Flooring Plus Blinds. RayAnn was so helpful in the showroom showing us samples of their flooring products. We took samples to the house we bought in Bluffton and were able to pick out a brown engineered wood product that harmonized with the kitchen cabinets and looked beautiful in the house. We had it installed in every room of the house except for the bathrooms. Stuart ripped out carpet, tile, and the previous wood product, and installed a Sienna colored hardwood that is gorgeous throughout the house. Stuart's professionalism and expertise are amazing! Stuart did a fair job at a reasonable price more than a month ago Included in our quote was a thin material to be placed over our tile before the vinyl flooring was installed. When asked about it after the work was partially done, he stated it was not needed although he used it in two other homes in our neighborhood and was one of the reasons we chose him. I did remove it from our invoice. He worked very quickly, though he often did not arrive until after 10 AM and left by 4 PM, with a lunch break in between. Stuart left a piece of property at our home and we had several minor repairs that were needed. I texted and emailed him most days for several weeks. No response. RayAnn was extremely helpful and patient in helping guide us in our choosing the best wood flooring for our home. We were able to bring samples home and to see how they would look in the day and night. Stuart ripped up all of the carpeting and installed the wood flooring in record time. We're very happy with the finished look.

Recently moved to Hilton Head Island. Can not say enough good things about Stuart’s workmanship and professionalism. He not only does all of the work solo, he does it perfectly and quickly. Also, I might add His finishing is impeccable. He’s a one man powerhouse that comes Highly recommended!

Very dissatisfied with shower job. I'm having to replace the floor because of mold and an improper slope. I'm also having to replace the walls because they are not structurally sound. On the brighter side, hardwood and carpet installations were done well.
