Although they aren't the company that originally installed my floor, they were happy to help, and sent one of their specialists to examine it and offer solutions at no charge. I don't usually write reviews, but flooring surfaces has been absolutely amazing during my kitchen remodel. They were lifesaving after I realized I was out of my depth with installing new flooring in our old house. They were able to install flooring and tile backsplash in only a couple days without having to wait months for somebody to be available, all for a reasonable price. After 6 months, there was a dip in our floor which caused the flooring to start to separate. They were able to send somebody out to fix it within a few days and it looks amazing. Specific thanks to Alan for doing so much work and being able to come out again for a repair. And Will for making the entire process completely painless.
