FloorMax

We have used Floormax for several home improvement projects in last couple years. We have done carpets, wood floors and new stone around our fireplace. They are quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They want you to be happy and satisfied with the product you choose. Their customer service goes above and beyond. We have been so impressed with crews that have come to our home. They are very talented, professional and friendly. Our home has gone from old and tired to our dream home. We know that for any future projects Floormax Laurel will be our first and only call. Looking forward to our next project.

We had new floors installed in our family room today. Joe Jovinelli, our sales person, knows more about flooring than any person I’ve ever met. He is truly an expert, funny and a delight to work with. I would highly recommend using this company. The crew arrived on time and in a very nice, clean vehicle. They worked diligently and quietly. They finished the project in four hours. What a difference it has made in our of family room. I am a very satisfied customer.

Floormax is fantastic! Within just a few days, they were able to measure my space, pick out my flooring, and complete installation. Now we have beautiful new LVP in our living room. We couldn’t be happier!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time and remiss in not doing so sooner. The services we received from FLOORMAX Laurel, and particularly Mr. Bill Iampieri, were exceptional. Words cannot describe how much I love our new hardwood floors. They are perfect. I smile every time I look at them and everyone who sees them remarks how beautiful they are. Our house is completely transformed. I was not an easy customer. I must have visited ten flooring stores, ordered over 100 samples and changed my mind over a dozen times. It took months for me to decide on a floor. Bill was extremely patient throughout the entire process and I ultimately chose a European White Oak that he recommended based on the look and quality I wanted and our budget. We worked with Kamran to install new flooring in our kitchen. There were so many options (wood, tile, vinyl, etc) and he helped us narrow it down to some waterproof choices. We took the floor samples home and decided on the color/ pattern. Kamran came out to measure, gave recommendations and anticipated schedule. We received a very good estimate and had it installed. They were able to install the 650 sf floor in 1/2 a day. It would have taken me 3-4 days. We are extremely satisfied with Kamran, Floormax and the installers. I'm typically a DIYer, but this project went extremely smooth and efficient.
