From the minute I went into the Floors Alive showroom, I was impressed with the business. Stacy helped me choose a vinyl plank product. Jake was on time and accurate with the measurements. I would 100% recommend Floors Alive to anyone! From the moment we walked through the store doors to me handing them the final check, we’ve had such a great experience. Jake in the office was so helpful every step of the way and all 3 guys that came out to door the floors in our 3000sqft home were really nice and professional. They also have better prices than the other local flooring company & they don’t charge to take up the carpet!! I have ZERO complaints. We plan on working with them again.
