We are very happy about our new floors and carpet. We had an issue with the quality of the carpet we picked initially, the owner worked with us and provided a good replacement at no additional cost. Good and reputable flooring company that stands by its product and name. I also recommend working with Brian, he has been informative, responsive and personable throughout the project.

I can’t even begin to explain how impressed I am with place!!! We desperately needed carpet in our apartment and my landlord wasn’t being cooperative but the owner, Todd, and Floors by Design agreed to give us a good deal on some really high quality carpet with a spill blocker pad underneath! It’s amazing!! We love it and it’s so important with a dog and a baby. The baby has already made plenty of spills and there is literally no way for it to soak into the carpet. It’s incredible super easy to clean, doesn’t get stained etc. I’m very impressed. Go to Floors By Design for all your flooring needs they will take good care of you!!!
