Floors-N-More

So about three weeks ago I contacted them to ask for a quote for some carpet. They stated someone that can measure my house would contact me to schedule a visit. After waiting 3 weeks I called them back. They claimed they didn't recall me contacting them, apologized profusely then stayed their measuring person would Contact me. Once again no attempt to contact me. Now that I am three weeks behind on getting what I need done I guess I will have to go elsewhere. They must have so much work that they don't need my measly little job.

To start, higher quality, better products, and way more economical then Lowes and Home Depot. I did get several bids, they were the best for the product. Now for customer service and craftsmanship. I've been in the trades. Very open communication. Timely, honest, and professional. Go above and beyond! The crew was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Fast and constantly informed us of their progress. I can't speak highly enough of this local family run business.

We had a great experience from ALL the ladies at the front desk helping us pick products at the beginning, all the way to Glen scoping out the project to the very end with Dustin and his crew doing the installation! These guys are amazing. Dustin and a co worker came out to help lay some floors. They're great people and do an amazing job. Stay local!!!

Don't use them!! Every room in our home that they installed carpet is nothing but wrinkles. Even rooms that gets no traffic.
