La Pine Septic Service

Our 1,500-gallon septic tank had not been pumped out since summer 2015. At that time, La Pine Septic Service pumped it out as part of the home inspection process for purchase of our home. I decided to read the reviews for the only two septic service companies for pumping systems in La Pine proper. I decided on La Pine Septic Service inspite of some recent negative reviews. I am glad I did! Rick (one of the owners) and Steven did a spectacular job. I found out Rick and his partner bought the business summer of 2023. I cannot speak to previous reviews, but this reviewer couldn't be more pleased with the service provided.They were professional throughout and shared valuable information on septic system maintenance and care. Years ago I had a horrible experience with the previous owners of La Pine Septic Service. I am writing this to say the new owners Rick and Summer are truly awesome people and volunteer there time to give back to this great community. I will be using La Pine Septic moving forward for all my septic needs in the future.

Had an awesome driver come out to 97707 today, I was at work while my wife was home. He made my wife feel comfortable and took care of everything. Have used for years, will use for years to come. Thanks La Pine Septic!

Well I called for service. They came out 8-20-25. Before we left i called and told them trailer is showing full. He told me something was giving us a faulty reading. We drive down to Coos Bay with the trailer and today is the 8-23-25 . We also stayed in a hotel 1 day. Now as of that date listed above we are in the camp spot with a full tank of black. Its backing up in the toilet. This is the second time we believe this is happened. The first time we ignored. This is not okay especially after driving 4 hours with a full tank. Sounds a little shady.

This is two years after my first post below this one: 2025 Once again, the best possible service anyone could ask for! Steven was absolutely amazing. He called before he came and was very punctual. He was respectful, kind, friendly and exceedingly professional. After pumping the tank there was still a blockage in the line. He worked non-stop until it was free and clear! This a wonderful local company with skilled and professional employees. I would never think of calling anyone but them for my needs!!! 2023 I had the best possible experience with this company. I was quoted a price to get my tank pumped, when Frank arrived and reviewed the situation he was able to get me back up and running because I did not need to have it pumped, I was backed up! The price of course was cut three quarters
