Our exterior AC unit was having some issues to a point where the heat pump wouldn’t function. Being our main source of heat, I called Patriot and they came out that day to diagnose the issue and get the heat back up and running. Steve was thorough and professional. We will be calling Patriot in the future.

The were great! Tolerant of my large breed dogs. They came to my home and went straight to work. Were willing to answer my randomly dumb questions about the mini splits. Showed me how to operate the systems, clean the filters and discussed how often that should be done to keep my units working at optimum. They also made recommendations on how to protect and keep my heat pump operating at top efficiency, advised me of various rebates that were available to come off the bill to help save some money. Not to mention each of the gentleman who were here at my home- including the owner completely down to earth and genuinely great people.
