Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Floors Unlimited and their amazing team. We recently purchased tiles for our kitchen backsplash and had them install as well. We could not be happier. Carrie in sales is great. Always with a smile with real and honest conversation to learn what style we were looking to accomplish. Her knowledge of product and styles/colors was so reassuring to my wife and I. She also suggested that we take our tile/grout samples to our counter top company so we could really feel good about our choices. That personal touch of service was so welcoming. Recently visited this store to purchase flooring and was extremely impressed. The salesperson was knowledgeable and provided many options to choose from. They actually seem to have a larger selection than what we saw in Green Bay or Appleton. The owner actually stayed past closing on a Saturday and patiently answered our questions. It was refreshing to see that a local company can provide selection options that exceed big retailers at a price that is more reasonable. They also have a fine selection window treatments and blinds. We will continue to shop at this store in the future.
