Shawano Well Drilling was quick to respond when we needed our pressure tank replaced. After installation a small leak was noticed but they were quick to respond and fix it. Overall, I am satisfied with the end result.

John and Kim are wonderful. We needed to have a new well installed prior to selling our parent’s house. They accommodated us in time for us to meet the closing date on time. We are very thankful for working with such amazing, honest and professional people!

Be careful with this company they will randomly up their prices after not doing their due diligence and doing the research on things then tell clients they should've done their research on well depth in the area. Under quoted the job by almost 10k never notified. They will breach their contract as well. Contract states deposit and then remainder of payment once the work is completed and they tried to get another payment middle of the job knowing we had this all in a new construction loan. We tried discussing matters with them more then once to get this resolved in a professional way and they couldn't tell us anything when they were questioned even the receptionist questioned some things which made us realize it wasn't normal what they were doing she calls back and back peddles hard on the

Called Shawano Well Drilling at the recommendation of my daughter who also had a good experience with them. They really were great to work with. They got my pump replaced right away and were in and out within the day. John even made a special trip back to help troubleshoot an issue that wasn’t even related to his work there. That was very much appreciated. I’m glad she recommend them and now I will too.
