I got in over my head working on my a/c system. I reached out to FloridaBreeze for help. They had tech respond to my home within an hour. “Q-ball” was great! Professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly be signing up for service contract with FloridaBreeze. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Florida Breeze was excellent. Shawn in sales was very knowledgeable and professional. Amy in the office was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My technicians, Eric and Chris were prompt, professional, friendly and informative. This was an excellent experience all around. Definitely recommend them.

Before I go on my rant, you can check my history, I don’t leave bad reviews! What sucks is, I’m almost positive it’s not the company as a whole that’s terrible, but my own personal with the individuals I had encounters with prior to, during, and after my multiple failed services. Let me start with the Cheerless Reception, the gentleman who typically answers the phone is very snobbish and inconsiderate. If you enjoy feeling like you’re actively inconveniencing someone just by asking for a service, then this is the AC company for you. When I called to schedule a diagnostic appointment, I had the pleasure of speaking with the receptionist (I won’t use his name, but let’s call him Kevin). Kevin sounded like he was being held hostage in a room full of room-temperature air and was forced to read

Called Tuesday for estimate on complete ac install. Shawn sales rep took care of me and went through everything and came out the next day to double check everything. Scheduled install for Friday morning. Installer Chris and Nick arrived on Friday morning and began diligently working on the AC installation. Professionally, friendly , kind, and knowledgeable. My new AC unit was installed and operating flawlessly in a couple hours. They take pride in their work and install. Explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Thanks to the team at Florida Breeze for everything they did!

This was a complimentary 6 month "check-up" on my AC installed by Florida Breeze. Truthfully did not remember them even telling me about it when I had the new system installed. The gentleman who came was professional, polite and gave me information that I was not aware of and explained things to me that I was doing incorrectly. So far, it has been a pleasure doing business with them from the salesman, to the installers and even the woman who works in the office.
