I had these guys come out to a commercial property I just purchased not really knowing what to expect. This building had a 10,000 sq ft parking lot. We had raised sidewalks causing tripping hazards. Broken curbs that might pop tires and the asphalt was still in decent condition but needed some form of protection because there was trees leaving debris in the parking lot (which eats away at your asphalt). I thought "this is my new business location riding the parking lot is the first impression when someone pulls on site" so I wanted everything to be looking fresh and new. I was scared it was going to cost a fortune but after meeting with Florida sealcoating for the evaluation I was thrilled.
