Flour Mill Garage (Atlantic Parking)

The garage is under the bridge by the waterfront side. You turn into the entrance directly from the main road and you can buy your ticket from most parking apps like ParkWhiz and show them the QR code. It was about $12 for a Saturday and there was a spot on the main floor. If you walk across the street you end up at the waterfront by the labyrinth, the building is connected to the Flour Mill building and is only a block away from the main Georgetown shopping strip.

I got a parking spot on a weekday through the ParkWhiz app for $18 for 10 hours. Really happy with the experience. There were plenty of open spots, and it was self-parking, so you just pull in and park yourself. Thanks!

DO NOT PARK HERE You will get locked out. You will be unable to enter or leave if you don't scan the QR code or you are even 1 second late to the garage. There is no attendant. There is no way to pay inside. You will be stuck on a phone call for hours with no one coming to your help.

Never park here unless you have monthly subscription. These place let you in the garage but in order to get out you most likely have to call their office and wait for an hour for someone to come in. Fyi, it was on Sunday. Also if you buy ticket through any app don’t bother. App let’s you buy the ticket and let you in the garage with the bar code to park but their scanner won’t read the code after ~6pm and it won’t let you to enter inside to pick up your car because garage is locked and message on the scanner machine says push the button for service and all buttons are broken. We tried all service buttons around the building and they all are disabled or broken. We waited 40 mins for someone to come. There seems to be a problem with logistics. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!! We arrived before the exit time and we were locked out. Followed a tenant in and then got trapped in the garage for 2 hours before calling 911. Absolutely ridiculous.
