Charles and his younger associate (sorry I forgot his name ) were both friendly, polite, and professional in how they evaluated and fixed our leak. They took care of it quickly and charged a fair price. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

Charles and his crew where very professional. He came and diagnose the issue very quick. He communicated throughout the process and did an awesome job getting our washer drain line fixed up. Highly recommend him and his crew for any of your plumbing needs.

Charles did a great job of keeping in touch regarding our appointment. Once he assessed our problem, he noted that while he could make some adjustments to our system, he doubted that it would improve the situation and didn’t think we needed it have it done but instead suggested options for other vendors to take a look at it. It goes a long way with me when I feel that I’m being treated honestly and fairly; I wouldn’t have known the work wasn’t needed so he could have charged me unnecessarily and I’d never been the wiser. Flow Dr will definitely be the first call I make whenever we have issues in the future!

Charles arrived promptly & was very personable & professional. He assessed the plumbing issue & was very easily able to explain the problem & the solution. Everything was very straight forward & professional. Charles & Drey worked neatly & efficiently from beginning to end to finish the job promptly. He was available to answer any concerns that I had throughout the entire process. Honestly it was such a good experience. Dealing with a reliable business like this definitely takes the stress out of home issues. Also in an honorable mention, Drey took good care of my plants, a bush had to be dug up & he did so carefully to preserve it from harm & planted it back exactly as it was. I thought that was such a nice detail. Thanks guys! I am so pleased with this service.
