The Lock Shop

This was a scam. This locksmith charges even when he can't get it to work. I paid 150 for nothing. I don't believe it is right to tell someone that they are charging 150 to reprogram both keys for 150 and then don't I'm still stuck without a ride. Thanks Sir but the last time I cleaned a house and got there and seen what it was and left because I couldn't/wouldn't do it. I didn't get paid anyway. No accomplishment undo gets rewarded. BD business. But it's really your loss because my best friend loses five sets of keys a week. Owns 4 junk yards. Towing service so. We miss the locksmith that would never rob anyone. Thanks Rob for nothing. Ty your Daddy was a great business man.

I wasted time trying hardware stores and other key makers. I won’t make that mistake again. Rob went out of his way to meet me and come up with the key i needed when no one else could. He did everything he said he would do an the price was beyond fair. If it wasn’t for him i was gonna have to change all the locks on a service truck bed. Can’t say enough about how good the service and the price were. I will definitely use him again.

5 stars from me. Rob Williams was working a long day, but timing worked for me. Good, conscientious guy that knew what he was doing. He got my safe opened and replaced the defective mechanism in one visit. I'm good to go and appreciative of Rob.

He called me almost immediately right back after leaving him a detailed voicemail about my situation, he came to Manchester and even offered to give me a ride to my locked vehicle at Walmart, let me stay warm while he got my broken key out of the door and vehicle unlocked, made & programed me a new key & lock fob.. Great price for everything he had to do to get me back going! Thanks again Rob!

We had a disappointing experience with this business. Several appointments were made that were not kept. When I tried to get clarification I was met with excuses. What stood out most was the lack of integrity and customer service. Communication was unclear, appointment kept changing, wouldn't answer or return calls. Accountability was completely absent. Instead of taking responsibility, this company made excuses and showed little interest in showing up. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values honesty, transparency, and respectful customer service. There are far better options available that treat their customers with professionalism and respect.
